Can I use any color ink for my envelopes/place cards, etc.?
Yes, any color ink can be custom mixed to your desired choice. If you have a color scheme for your special event, we will ask for a swatch of that color to match it. There will be an extra charge as these are custom colors. We also have Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper.
What file format do you prefer the guest list in?
We are flexible and prefer you use a program that you are comfortable with. The popular choices of formats are Excel and PDF. Please e-mail and also print out your guest list and include it with your package. When emailing, save your file as Last Name-Completion Date.pdf in an unzipped file. Please note that I do NOT interpret your guest list. We will write exactly how it reads-so if you want "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith" please write it as such. (Same goes for place cards and escort cards)

Do you need extra materials?
Yes, Please include 20% extra materials (envelopes, place cards, etc) to accommodate any errors or last minute additions/corrections.
What is your turnaround time for addressing envelopes/place cards?
Once we start on your envelopes/place cards, my turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
Do you accommodate rush orders?
Subject to availability, we will do everything we can to accommodate your rush order with an additional rush fee.
How does payment work?
Payment is accepted in the form of Cash or Check. Upon completing your contract, you will need to place a $50.00 deposit that is applied directly to your final balance. Your final balance will be billed to you before your services are completed. Payment is required before your services will be returned to you. Any delay in payment will create a delay on shipment. Due to the handwritten nature of our work, refunds are not offered. If you are unsure of color, style, format please order a physical sample to be sent to you prior to completion of your order as you will be charged the full amount to have your order redone if you are unhappy with a color, style, or format choice that was requested by your contract.
I have a late addition to my order, will you accommodate it?
Of course, although we do ask that all late additions be submitted before any of your work is completed. Once work is completed and ready to ship or shipped, there will be an additional fee of $5.00 per addition up to $25.00.
Do you charge for return shipping?
Yes, there will be a charge for shipping. Your package will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. USPS has greatly improved their services and delivers much quicker than UPS and FedEx Ground does. Insurance is automatically supplied and tracking of package is included with 1-3 days arrival time.
